Blog-Posts mit Widmung? – Dedicating blog-posts?

Unsere kreative Zukunft - Daniel PinkVorletzte Woche habe ich endlich A Whole New Mind (dt.

A new trend in the blogosphere?

The dedication of my last blog-post brought up the question whether this was a new trend or where I got the idea. So let me explain…

A_Whole_New_MindLast week I finally finished reading Dan Pink’s A Whole New Mind. The chapter “meaning” – how to give meaning to your life and, thus, work more creatively, happily and seek spirituality – Dan shows some ways to achieve this sort of meaningfulness, e.g. dedicate your work to someone! And as I haven’t written a book yet I thought I should start by dedicating blog-posts. The piece was about emotional presenting so why not dedicate it to a contact whose interest – among others – lies in emotional communication?

It may not be a trend yet but I like the idea of blog-post-dedications very much.
